Our Managed Training Service ('MTS'), enables our clients to outsource some or all of their training management and administration to Thomas Telford Training and so save time and money. The MTS is menu-driven and so clients may choose those elements that are most appropriate for their business. Typically, clients might select from:
- The establishment of a Service Level Agreement between Thomas Telford Training and the client organisation.
- The preparation and/or agreement of the annual training plan.
- The scheduling of course dates and tutors.
- Third party venue selection and booking
- The provision of internal training 'marketing' material for communication via intranet, e-mail and internal post.
- The processing of delegate bookings including the provision of confirmation letters and joining instructions in soft or hard copy formats.
- Full reporting of training activities structured to your requirements, for example, by site, division, grade etc. in soft or hard copy formats.
- The processing of third party invoices from venues and other suppliers.
- Production and sourcing of course notes and supporting materials such as books and contracts.
- Adoption of client branding to ensure full integration of course materials with client house-styles.
- Co-ordination of internal presenters and VIP guest speakers.
- Analysis and reporting of feedbacks and evaluation.
- The provision of a project manager to act as the single point of contact.
