The need
The Fichtner Joint Venture team involved in the construction of the Middle Marsyandgdi Hydroelectric Project (MMHEP) in Nepal required a thorough working knowledge of the contract law and contract procedures governing the project.
The solution
Thomas Telford Training set up a residential training programme in the UK for project delegates. The programme provided comprehensive training on the FIDIC contract and also provided delegates with extensive opportunities to network with UK construction experts. The programme was highly successful and resulted in a further series of training courses, which Thomas Telford Training delivered on-site in Nepal.
