Value for money

In-house training can reduce the cost of training per head by more than half. Our in-house courses are priced at an agreed day rate, normally for up to 16 delegates per course. This means that you will enjoy considerable savings when you compare the costs against those for training your staff on equivalent public courses. Add to this the savings in staff time, travel and accommodation and the value of the in-house option is clear.

Flexibility

Choosing an in-house course builds in flexibility and choice.

Flexible Course Programmes
Thomas Telford in-house courses can be run 'straight out of the box'. However, if you wish, you can customise any element of a course including the format, content and duration. For example we can tailor the delivery style to emphasise those components of a course that best meet the needs of your organisation. Alternatively, we can provide bespoke content, whether in the form of new modules or case studies or even an entire course developed to your specification. Whenever changes are made to any of our courses we will ensure that the tutor speaks to you well in advance of the programme to ensure that all your requirements are understood, documented and agreed with you.

Flexible location
You may run an in-house course on your premises, at a hotel or anywhere else. Some Thomas Telford Training clients run their courses on a historic ship moored at Canary Wharf - the choice is entirely yours.

Flexible days, flexible timing
We can run in-house courses at weekends and start or finish early or late, the choice is yours.

Service delivery

On making contact with Thomas Telford Training, you will be allocated an Account Manager who will act as your single point of contact for all you training requirements. Your Account Manager is highly experienced at organising and managing in-house training events and will provide you with full information on the course programme, course tutor, course materials and any special requirements. You can also make arrangements for additional services through your Account Manager including:

  • tailoring and development work on the course;
  • venue sourcing - if you wish we can find a third party venue for you;
  • booking administration - if your prefer, we can handle delegate bookings for your event;
  • reporting requirements - we can provide a complete range of reports to you including booking histories, current bookings and feedback analyses.
Your Account Manager will co-ordinate with our course tutor and operations team to ensure the success of your event.
