How do I book a course?
To book a course, browse the list of available courses or use the search window. If a course date is currently available, click on the 'Book now' link under 'Course dates'. You will be prompted to login using your unique email address and password: after you have logged in, complete the booking form and press 'Submit' to place your booking. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.

What if I haven't already registered on the site?
When you are prompted to login, choose 'I am a new user' and press 'Submit'. You can then complete the 1-step registration process before making your booking.

What if I can't remember whether I have registered before? Or if I can't remember my password?
Click on 'Forgotten your password?' on the My Account screen, and enter your email address. If you have already registered under the email address you have entered, your password will be emailed to you automatically.

Can I register under my own name if I am placing a booking for someone else?
Yes. You can register in your own name, and then book a course for yourself, or for someone else, or for a group of people.

What are the advantages of registering?
It helps us to provide you with the training information you need, when you need it. Booking online is a simple and convenient way to research and source your training requirements from Thomas Telford. Once you have registered, you can also update your contact details and view and print out your training history with Thomas Telford (for example, for use in appraisal, training or CPD records).
