How do I get the 'Early Bird Discount'?
The price we give on our website is always stated after any available early bird discount. You therefore can see exactly how much your course will cost.
Why do different events have different prices?
We are rewarding customers who book earlier by giving them a lower price. This helps Thomas Telford and our venue partners by giving us an earlier view of the likely number of delegates on the course and means that courses are less likely to be rescheduled. This is turn benefits those of our customers who need to make travel and accommodation arrangements in advance of the course.
If I have to transfer, will I keep my early booking discount?
Yes
If the course is cancelled will I keep my early booking discount if I transfer?
Yes
I need to get my manager’s approval and that might not arrive until after the deadline – can I reserve a place at the discounted price?
Yes and we will hold the discount and the place until an agreed date.
