We will provide you with a written quotation containing details of our fees. Thomas Telford Training's policy is to price individual course titles to reflect the experience of the tutor and the nature of the course materials.
Your Account Manager will provide you with a written course programme. Where courses are tailored or bespoke, this programme will be agreed with you before any development work takes place.
All Thomas Telford Training tutors have real and relevant experience in both the industry and in training delivery. Your Account Manager will provide you with details of the tutor(s) who will provide your training.
This depends upon tutor availability. We will provide your training as quickly as we possibly can. We normally ask clients to formally confirm the course booking with us at least three weeks before the course date. In exceptional circumstances, training may be provided at shorter notice than this.
Delegates on certain courses may require copies of a contract and its official guidance notes in order to fully participate in the course. Thomas Telford Training can often provide course books and contracts at a substantial discount to market prices.
All course materials are sent by courier a few days in advance of the training course. We will liaise with you to ensure that materials are delivered to the correct address and the correct person. We always follow up deliveries with a phone call to ensure that the materials are in place.
This depends upon the amount of notice that you are able to give us. Courses cancelled with more than 28 days notice do not attract any cancellation charge. Cancellations at shorter notice may attract a 50% or 100% cancellation fee. For details please refer to our current terms and conditions.
Yes. We have run courses in mainland Europe, Hong Kong, Dubai and China. Our tutors will travel to wherever your training will be held.
Typically the tutor needs a room that can be laid out in u-shape, classroom or cabaret style. A flipchart, easel and felt pens should be provided together with a projector screen or white wall. A data projector is desirable but Thomas Telford Training can provide this if required. Your Account Manager will provide you with precise details for your course.
Course delegate numbers are normally capped at 16 in order to ensure that the tutor can devote sufficient time to each individual delegate. In exceptional circumstances we may increase the maximum number of delegates although this may incur additional charges.

Companies may choose to run 'syndicated' training courses whereby although the event is provided in in-house format, the delegates are drawn from a number of local companies.
